Our Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

1. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
If the item was already worn, it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, and it must be returned within 72 hours; otherwise, a refund or exchange is not possible.

Contact us if you decide to cancel your order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. We will not accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@Floriantte.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including damaged, used/worn items, or items purchased on sale.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, because we offer free shipping.

6. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 40–50 working days.

7. Sizing Errors

Please refer to the sizing chart or contact us via email before purchasing products if you’re unsure about measurements.
All our items are based on international sizing, which means you will receive 2x the size for your purchased item.
